Use the form at the top of this page or email us at info@germantranslators.de. For a new translation, the quickest way is the hire a translator form, where you can upload your documents directly.

What to write in your message
A few details help us answer in one reply:
- the document (for example birth certificate or degree)
- the language it is in
- what you need it for and which office asked (for example Ausländerbehörde or Standesamt)
- your deadline, if you have one
- the number of pages, front and back
- whether you need the signed original by post
Please do not send passport numbers or bank details in the message text.

We work online, so you do not need to visit us. We send translations to every city in Germany by post. There is no need to. Everything works online: you upload scans or photos and get the signed original by post. If your office wants the translator to see the original, we tell you how to send it.

No. We only translate and do not give legal or immigration advice. Please check the letter or checklist from your office, then send us the list.
